      is to include those partners registered under Billu Partner who are a salon. Spa, makeup artist,stylist,individual artist etc .They are rendering the services related to salon or beauty like nails,hair,skin treatment at their salon or home based services to client location

    • Customer

      is to include who are booking for salon services from Billu Personal care platform( Website or app) or Billu Customer App .

      For availing the Salon Services, Billu Personal Care , we may also be required to collect your full name, date of birth, national identification number, photo identification and other information in order to verify your identity and to comply with applicable law.

      Payment and Billing Information
      The Payment is governed by a third party payment gateway and no information is collected by Billu Personal Care Platform in regard and Billing information will only be collected in regard to services only to customers .

      It includes billing contact name, postal address and telephone number may be necessary in order for us to provide a particular service.

      User-Generated Content
      In order to use our Services, Billu Personal Care  may require you to register and create an account. Depending on the Service, you will be required to provide a name and email address, and to choose an  username.Users can update their profiles to include custom  photos, along with additional biographical information.

      We may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, or to evaluate our marketing or support efforts, and in those cases we store the answers given.

      Contest Information

      Billu Personal Care reserves the right to record the conversations between service professionals and consumers facilitated by Billu Personal Care through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform or the calls made through the virtual numbers provided to safeguard the privacy of consumers and service professionals All the chat/messaging logs or call recordings can be used to but not limited to monitor and prohibit abuse safeguard the rights of Consumers and service professionals, resolve disputes.

      If we deem it necessary, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about your credit from a credit bureau (to the extent permitted by law), or information to verify any identification details you provide during registration.

    • COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES
      • Presently the Billu Personal Care Platform provides no such features on app or website to login via. Social media Accounts.However, if such a feature is introduced in the future, you will need to comply with the conditions below.
      • You can log in to our Website or Apps using your social media account if any such facility is introduced in future by Billu Personal Care Platform . If you do so, you will need to enter the email address and password that you use for your social media account. We will ask you to give us permission to access and collect your basic social media account information (which includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, friends list, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have set as public on your social account). If you allow us to access this information, we will have access to it even if you have chosen not to make it public.
